Drift too much? Keep Template adapt at 0 (lock), raise Smoothing, and draw a tight box on a high-contrast feature. For zero drift, turn Auto-track off and set keyframes.
Draw a box on empty video → new target. Draw over an existing box → re-lock it. Click a target's swatch to recolor it. Auto-track follows; keyframe to fix drift.
